Welcome to newly refreshed site. In the time it has taken me to rebuild this site (an age) I have successfully reset my compass to point home towards music having spent about ten years in other spheres. I play and teach trombone and though my professional background is eclectic I prefer to give my attention to what is called improvisation.
News: With my partner Jessica I sell CDs over the internet. We are branching out into the production of CDs and released our first CD on the cdvine.co.uk label. "Stories: Jamie Crawford" one of stories with incidental music written and performed by me.
Elephant: A band I formed which enjoyed a long life based in North London and which is planning a second life.
Teaching: I have plans to teach groups about time and intervals in music. I'd be very pleased to coach any chamber or jazz orientated groups.
